By purchasing, commissioning, downloading, or opening a ticket within DuckWorks Studio, you agree to this Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our products or services.

Eligibility

To use DuckWorks Studio, you must be at least 14 years old or have parent/guardian consent. Using our services confirms you meet these requirements.

Product Ownership & Licensing

All products (scripts, models, liveries, UI, documentation, graphics, or commissions) are the intellectual property of the creator within DuckWorks Studio. Purchasing a product grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the asset only in the server or community you were active in at the time of purchase. You are not purchasing ownership of the asset. Ownership never transfers.

Redistribution and Unauthorized Use

• Redistribute, leak, upload, or resell any DuckWorks product
• Share products with other servers, developers, or communities
• Claim DuckWorks assets as your own
• Move a product to any other server after you leave

If you leave the server/community the license was attached to, you must delete all copies of the product. Unauthorized distribution results in permanent loss of access.

Modifying Products

• Modify products beyond intended configuration edits
• Remove watermarks or developer credits
• Rip assets from protected files
• Use DuckWorks products as a base to create new releases

Adjusting configs (values, toggles, colors) is allowed only when the creator intended it.

Developer Protections

DuckWorks Studio is developer-first. Developers retain full ownership of everything they create and receive all earnings from commissions. Developers may decline service for any reason. Harassing, disrespecting, or attempting to exploit a developer results in permanent removal without appeal.

Payments

Payments are handled directly by the developer using:

• PayPal
• CashApp
• Venmo
• Stripe

PayPal payments must be sent as “Friends and Family” with no description or notes. (Unless instructed otherwise)

Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds may only be granted if the creator explicitly agrees in writing.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a dispute, chargeback, or transaction reversal immediately revokes all licenses to DuckWorks products, results in a permanent Discord ban, and places you on the PTD Blacklist (Product Theft / Dispute System). There are no exceptions and no appeals.

Anti-Leak and Security Enforcement

Leaking, reposting, reselling, or duplicating products:

• Violates copyright law
• Violates this TOS
• Results in permanent loss of all access with no refund

License revocation may be shared with partnered communities for safety.

Liability

• Server performance issues
• Game crashes or performance loss caused by installation
• Lost revenue or community loss
• Legal issues caused by unauthorized usage

All services and products are provided “as-is,” with no warranty.

Updates and Support

• Lifetime updates
• Future compatibility with FiveM or other platforms
• Ongoing support

Support is optional and may be refused at any time.

Changes to Terms

DuckWorks Studio may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of products or services means you accept all changes moving forward.

Agreement

By opening a ticket, downloading a product, purchasing a product, requesting a commission, or using DuckWorks services, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and accepted this Terms of Service.
